Pono is a 60′ catamaran operated by Clean Oceans International, a nonprofit organization focused on educating the world about plastic trash while removing it from the oceans. In time, Pono will be equipped with an onboard plastic-to-fuel machine, which will allow its motor to operate on the fuel that it removes from the ocean as it travels.
